Consent for Contact Information: By providing the email addresses of third-party emergency contacts, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their explicit consent to share their information with us and to receive automated alert emails from the Service. How We Use Your Data: Your data is used exclusively to run the automated check-in schedules and send notification emails. We never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data, or your contacts' data, with third-party marketers or external companies. Data Security: We implement standard technical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no communication over the internet or email transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from our platform. Complete Data Erasure upon Termination: If you choose to terminate your account, all personal data, contact schedules, and emergency contact details associated with your account will be permanently and completely deleted from our active database within 7 days.
